Not much to do aside from gambling and hitting strip clubs.
Some cool things I love to do are:
The Secret Garden at Mirage. Dolfins, lions, an elephant, few other zoo animals
All the free shows outside casinos:
Water show at Bellagio, pirate show at Treasure Island,a Volcano erupts outside Mirage.
Bellagio has an impressive garden that changes with the seasons, like for christmas it will be all thes cool flowers aranged like, a snowman made out of flowers.
Any Cirque shows. Ka is good at MGM, O at Bellagio, Mystere at TI. Zumanity at NYNY is strange....
Go to the Effeil Tower at Paris, ride the rollercoaster at NYNY, go to the top of the Stratosphere and ride all thoes rides if you are brave enough.
Good clubs to check out:
Pure at Caesars is the best, Tao at Venitian is good...oh...you can take a gondola ride through the Venetian.
The club at Wynn is supposed to be good, never been there, Studio 54 at MGM is good. Ghost bar or rain at the palms, they also have the playboy club now, and a new club called moon, never been to moon yet tho. The Palms and Hard rock hotel are the most fun places to gamble or hang out, its a very fun, younger crowd, they play loud music through the casino. At Hard rock, Body English is another good club.
Sightseeing:
Red Rock is cool
Hoover dam isnt far away
Take a helicopter ride over Grand canyon
Go up Mt charleston, you can ski, but its tricky. If theres to much snow, the mountain is closed down. Noone can get up it, but if theres no snow...the ski resort is closed.... If you cant get up the mountain, at the boton there is horse rentals, you can go for a horseback ride.
Death Valley has a lot of cool places to check out.
Go downtown and watch the light show on Freemont street. Just dont get lost down there. Stay in the tourist area when you are downtown. Gambling there is also really cheap, but its old vegas. its a little ghetto.
Fashion show mall is awesome to check out and shop, so is the desert passage shops at Alladin, or the shops at the bellagio.
drinks are free when you are gambling, make sure you tip the cocktail waitress tho. generally, a buck a drink is average. Also, if you are winning when you gamble, tip the dealer. You can bet your tips for him. Like, you bet 5 bucks for you, 1 dollar for him. if you win the bet, he gets a 2 dollar tip.
Hmm....what else? If you go to a strip club, and arrive by taxi, dont tell them you came by cab. Lie. Tell them you drove yourself. Strip clubs pay cabbies, and charge people who come by cab a higher cover. Expect ridiculously high cover charges everywhere anyway, if you do not have a local ID. nightclubs, strip clubs, average cover is $30 for guys, I think 10-20 for girls.( not sure if out of town girls get in free or not, but they might...Locals get in free everywhere so im not sure about cover charges)
Hope that was helpful, Im sure im forgetting stuff.....
Don't forget the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace!!
Oh, and the Big Elvis show at Barbary Coast...it's this like really fat Elvis impersonator who has supposedly been proved to be an illegitimate son of The King himself!

LOL not much to do besides gambling and SCs...LMAO
The taxi thing is a real PIA. You'd almost have to tell the cabbie to drop you off a block away; otherwise, when you pull up to the door then they know you came by cab. Of course the cabbie wants to get paid, so good luck convincing him to drop you off a block away. Also a few places are checking IDs to differentiate between locals and out-of-towners.
In fact, I drove to Rhino during the day-shift and they still charged me the cover. That's the part that I like about Scores if you drove yourself, they'll usually waive the cover regardless if you're local or an out of towner.

Yes!!! The shopping frickin' rocks!!! My Vegas is non stop shopping, cocktails, fabulous food, and a show or two.
BTW, check out The Gypsy... It's a gay nightclub that's off the strip and it's an awesome place to check out between 1-4 AM. Hot topless bartenders, fun music, drag queens, and CHEAP shots makes it a fantastic detour before you hit the afterhour spots!
Cirque Du Soleil if it's there and you can find the time.
Also, I'd say just absorb the sights. It's beautiful to stand back and look!
People are not ruled by their memories.
You could just spend the entire time walking through the different hotels/casinos. They all have some kind of special attraction, they all have lots of shopping, they all have at least one big theater with a marquee show......
The monorail is a convenient and cheap way to get around.
I was there in November for the first time ever. Saw the Blue Man Group. Lots of fun. Had dinner in the Stratosphere restaurant. Great if you want to see the whole town at once!
Take walking shoes. Check out Las Vegas online. Just google Las Vegas or any particular attraction you're interested in. Make plans ahead. Figure out what you think you want to do before you get there. Get familiar with the geography before you go.
You'll be amazed.

Wander around people watch . I'm strange but I can people watch for hours ! Lots of shit to do there is always something going on .
