Hard to imagine a worse thing. Losing a child is earthshattering enough, but to murder. My heart goes out to your friend. Hugs to you for sending flowers.

I guess when you are running with that type of crowd you know what the dangers are. He could have just as easily been on the other side of the pistol, I'm sure.

I wish guys could just fight it out the old-fashioned way, with fists. Take it outside, duke it out, the winner looks good, and the loser has a couple of black eyes. And no one has to die over it. But, I guess I'm living in fantasy land if I think that will ever happen.

food normally helps too. maybe a book on grief?

it's hard because you can't really say anything to make her feel better, but you can always tell her that she can always talk to you-- when she needs to ramble, and vocally work it out...

    yeah, cos fists dont kill.

my mate was murdered two months ago by some fat fucker who beat the shit out of him, tied him up and sat on him till he stopped breathing.

the guy will barely get a sentance. why? cos he can claim it was an accident, and was only ment to scare my mate. he had no wepon.

i feel for your friend.losing anyone to gang violence sucks.

Unfortunately there is really nothing you can say....the only thing you can do is be there for her when she needs you.

The world is turning into such an awful place. People shooting each other over nothing. When will they realize that you cannot take a bullet back?
