4-8 Weeks To Lift Weight.

I went back about 3 weeks later, doing light cardio. 4 weeks more cardio and some light resistance training. by a month and a half I was back to my normal workout but with less focus on my chest...obviously.
It's funny though, now when I DO work on my chest a little bit, it feels wierd...anyone else get that?





Damn! I was doing a search on this topic before I went to bed last night!
I'm a week in and my Dr said that light cardio would be ok right now. I'm going to try for Thursday, my follow up is Wednesday, as long as everythings ok. I figure if I do a little on the sationary bike I should be ok, if I'm sitting my booobs won't bounce around! My Dr did tell my that I can't do any chest exercises for about a month.
2 weeks for cardio, 6 weeks for light weights, 8wks for intense weight training. No running or high impact cardio for 4 weeks. (I think this is right, been a while though.)




Be careful, don't hurt yourself. Let your body heal.

For once shes right. Thats what my doc told me. Of course listen to what your doc tells you how long you should wieght. Its been since April 06 since mine and it was about 6 weeks before I was comfortable with doing cardio. They felt so full, big and high still..it was a wierd feeling.
