Okay now usually I'm totally postive but this past week I've been soo pissed off at my body that it doesn't want to lose any more weight??
I've racked my brain and double guessed myself on everything I do cadio 5 days a week nothing under 50 minutes and I'm working out with weights for 45 minutes 4 days a week.
My diet is very clean expect this Sunday when i had a little cheat day? I just feel soo big and now that I'm tanning I feel big and brown LOL that's kind of funny but every day I hope to have that flat tummy like Carmen Electra I do 120 sit ups daily but last night I didn't I was soo pissed that I figured what for my tummy isn't getting any flatter and my lower tummy just wont go down what am I doing wrong!!
I'm at my wits end with this diet and workout I don't know what else to do I just feel like giving up I've been doing this diet for about 4 weeks along with the workout program please help!
