    Default pissed off at workouts!!!

    Okay now usually I'm totally postive but this past week I've been soo pissed off at my body that it doesn't want to lose any more weight??

    I've racked my brain and double guessed myself on everything I do cadio 5 days a week nothing under 50 minutes and I'm working out with weights for 45 minutes 4 days a week.

    My diet is very clean expect this Sunday when i had a little cheat day? I just feel soo big and now that I'm tanning I feel big and brown LOL that's kind of funny but every day I hope to have that flat tummy like Carmen Electra I do 120 sit ups daily but last night I didn't I was soo pissed that I figured what for my tummy isn't getting any flatter and my lower tummy just wont go down what am I doing wrong!!

    I'm at my wits end with this diet and workout I don't know what else to do I just feel like giving up I've been doing this diet for about 4 weeks along with the workout program please help!

    If you're like me, you might want to stop weighing yourself. If I work hard and don't see the scale move, I get unmotivated and think, "fuck it, why bother?"

    Focus on the direct benefits of it. How it makes you feel. When I don't work out and I eat bad, I feel like a gluttonous pig. I feel much more confident if I had a good workout day and a good food day. it translates into more money at work!

    As for tummy, esp lower tummy....that's so hard to get results in. it might be gas or bad posture too (as it is partially for me).

    thanks girls i'm hit the gym tonight and keep at it but yes I do see results with my clothes on but naked I'm expecting to look like Carmen electra so I'm take your advice and stay off the scale and keep at it thanks all!

    Try doing 200 sit-ups and also add a laxative tea to your diet if you haven't already. Take it before going to bed so you have 2-3 bowel movement when you wake-up. My favorite is "Super Dieter's Tea" by Laci Le Beau. First thing as you wake up drink 2 glasses of water on an empty stomach and 1/2 hour later have herbal tea or coffee and make sure you drink plenty of water all day to flush out your system. Believe me you will see the results and if your adominal exercise is intense for 15 minutes you will have wash board ripped abs. Also at the gym try switching up your routine if you can handle the change and make sure you work up a good sweat. Take a fat burner drink ( redline ) prior to exercise to boost your energy. Do stick with your diet and exercise program for 12 weeks because whatever weight you've lost already is really just water. If you can quit alcohol during this time and if you must drink have vodka on the rocks or mixed with club soda no juice or red bull. I wish you The Best Results. I'm with you...

    The tummy is hard...it was my last thing to go and comes back very quickly. The only time I can get it to disappear is when I'm doing my 10km run training - running 10km a day, 5 days a week. The moment I cut down and start eating anything with sugar or fat, my abs disappear under a layer of fat

    As for laxative teas, I'd say don't do it. You shouldn't need a laxative tea - unless you have health problems - if you have a good diet. It's a short fix that will completely mess you up, and it's addictive. They do more harm than good.

    As for sit ups, you could do 200, but the number isn't as important as the form. It's better to do 100 really good, correct sit ups, than 200 half assed ones.

    You might want to change up your workout routine. If you keep doing the same thing every time, you will plateau. Your body gets used to the routine, and you will stop seeing results. When you stop seeing results, just change it up, and you will start losing again.

    Exactly. While having a routine is great...keeping your workout "routine" will kill your progress.

    Do a different machine when you do cardio...use the HIIT method on cardio...up your weights a bit and change the weight routine as well.

    maybe do a couple of random classes at your gym... liiiike... the slow stuff, yoga, pilates. it's a different kind of strength and great for fat burning.

    your body gets bored long before you do... and boredom suuuuucks.

    Thank you all for your suggestions I'm do what you say and do more sit ups and maybe I will do jump roping. I noticed that today I've been going BM all day today so I'm take that as a good sign!
