I have PMS from hell. I am emotional, bloated and HUNGRY.Like seriously hungry. I can't stop thinking of food . Even if I have just eaten, I feel hungry. Is this normal? Does it happen to anyone else? Besides the fact I gain a whole size the week before, I am dreaming of waffles and french fries. I'm on a diet and trying to lose 10lbs...Does anyone know how to curb these ridiculous cravings? I'm a cow![]()
