So I go to bed around 5am wake up around 2 pm and try and eat something healthy around 3-330pm. Then i go to the gym and work my butt off with my personal trianer come home and eat a big salad with protein. And i really want to stop there and not eat anymore.
But come 1 am I am starving and last night I totally binged (I started my period yesterday). I didn't eat anything terrible (Fat free cheese quasadilla and almonds and dried pinapple) But I woke up to sad numbers on the scale. (Up 2 pounds) My diet dr says eat carrot and celery sticks or fruit at night when i get hungry but its sooooo not what i want to eat and I am so much weaker at night then during the day. All i crave at night is carbs which is sooooo bad before bed. Any body else get late night munchies due to our hours? What do you eat that satisfies you without putting on weight?
