ahh guys i need help! since i broke my ankle im trying to do little stuff, like crunches and any other small things i can do to maintain SOME type of exercise while i do nothing but sit on the couch all day. i feel so icky. it doesnt help that i have my period. i dont have much energy, and when i take my pain medicine it makes it even worse. i just want to eat way too much and i feel gross. its only been a week! i have at least another week to go before im back to work and im scared im going to look and feel bad when i get back. what can i do?
