these are really good and an easy way to get a pile of greens into your diet
any old blender will do... take about an inch of water and add a small handful of greens.. ive tried spinach and lamb lettuce
blend until it turns to green water..
Keep adding small handfuls of greens.. I get about 5 nice big size handfuls .. until it gets a little thick
Then add some sweet fruit.. mangos/pineapple/peaches/pears all work good
The ratio should be 3 parts greens to 1 part fruit
First one I made was lettuce lamb/mango.. it tasted just like mango not grassy at all
