    Foot Fetishist

So I just got a friend request from some guy on MySpace who is obsessed with dominant women forcing him to lick and suck their dirty, stinky feet. I figured what the hell and approved the friend request, and I just got a message informing me that he had put me in the #1 spot on his top friends (indeed he has), carrying on about how he would beg me to dominate him if I didn't have a boyfriend, etc.

I sent him back a bitchy reply calling him a little bitch-boy and telling him that since I go barefoot so much my feet are indeed quite filthy, and MAYBE I might let him wash them if he paid me handsomely for the privilege.

I've been trying to get into domme work, and this looks like a decent opportunity. So how do I milk this? How do I arrange a meeting safely? How much should I charge him to wash, to lick my toes, to suck them? And what are the legal issues involved? I have no intention of removing any clothing besides my shoes, or doing a single thing for him, but I'll be happy to dominate him and have him worship my feet for cash. I just want to make sure everything I do is safe, profitable, and legal.

    This is kinda fun.

First, he may be playing..meaning he wants you to write back what you did. That CAN be enough to get him off. TONS of wankers on myspace.

What you do if you meet this guy is tell him it wont be alone, but he may not want another seeing what he likes (many dont) so have the bf/hubby hide in the closet of where you two meet.

Price is up to you. Every now and again i will have a meeting where a guy wants to pay for say foot play. It's cool. NO SEX, you will get a bust if this is vice. Also a side note make damn sure he is 18 or older as well, even so.

If you two decide to get into this on a regular basis, have a contract written up, he signs. You will pay taxes on this (i have done this as well)
if there is no sex at all involved...i don't ever worry about going through all the mumbo jumbo shit. I just take the cash...yep. And this only happens once in a while.

I sold on ebanned alot in the past, and wrote it off. But needed nothing more (as far as outside ebanned) for services i gave not involving sex.

Chances are this dude is going to want to get off. Get licensed. It's cheap. Even an accountant can tell you how to do this, for this work. But for one guy if it happens once....nah. If he is a regular (would be nice) you need to carrry a license. You are giving a service. And he is paying.

Just NO SEX, as i am sure you know.

Good luck. Do not write descriptive messages to him, or send pix of your feet.

What kind of a license? I'm not going to do anything but let him wash and fondle my feet. That's legal, right? I never heard of a license for that.

One guy. Like i said i would not worry about it. If you keep this up with him and it becomes a good source of money...you need to be legal. Yes a business license, at least here in Florida you do. And take payment...file taxes.

This is called a transaction...it's service for money.

You don't need to form a company to make money, but you do need to file for taxes. I needed a license because i was trying to make it a primary business at one time. I wrote off my lotion and towels etc. Anything that qualifies for the job...not lipstick (housewife) etc.

Of course I pay my taxes! I wasn't talking about the legality of not paying taxes, I was talking about whether this would be considered prostitution or something similar. Trust me, I'm 100% honest on my taxes and I save receipts to write off whatever I can.

And I already have a business license for L.A., since last year's taxes included a schedule C.

I've never gotten any sort of permit or license for doing fetish work. Just like I don't have one for dancing. If he's serious, then you need to get him to fill out an application for sessions. Most pro Dommes have them. This way you get his info, any notable health issues, his safe word, etc.... as well as what he's into. I suggest meeting him first, somewhere public. IE: lunch at a cafe or somesuch. This way you can meet him, get an in person vibe offa him, and set up the wheres and whens. Dominas that aren't yet established in their area can easily charge anywhere from $100 - $150 per hour for sessions. Any more than that might turn off clients, especially those who go to pros on a regular basis. Find out what forms of foot worship he's into, beyond what he's mentioned already. Make sure he knows to pay up front and pay in cash. Have him put said cash in an envelope, marked "Gift". Dont ever take it until after the session, too. If you wanna point me in his online direction, I can see if I know him or of him, or even some of the folks he socializes with. As for the legality of what you do... I only lived in yer generalized are for a lil while. I didn't do too many sessions out there. It may be similar to my area, and the other areas I've lived in, where any contact for cash is prostitution. It cant hurt to find out. In the long run, basic foot fetish stuff is about as far from breaking law as it gets, as long as you don't get into footjobs. You almost NEVER hear about Dommes getting busted for foot stuff.

Should I have this conversation with him on NiteFlirt, maybe? Tell him if he's serious, he will pay for the privilege of telling me what he likes? He's REALLY into humiliation, ballbusting, dirty bare feet, etc. He did respond and said he understands about compensation and he hopes I meant what I said, so I could probably turn this into a bit of profit if I work it properly!

And no, definitely no foot jobs or anything. I don't mind telling him I don't want to see ANY of his pathetic little peener! He can keep his clothes on!

Yes! Via niteflirt would be an excellent way to at least make SOME money offa him, if he IS a wanker. I actually chat with some clients that way before meeting. Ballbusting isn't TOO hard, but I'd suggest learning on a pro client if you're not an expert at it. And by all means, totally object to any peen-o-vision. I almost never allow clients to even touch their crotch through pants. Muhahahahaaa.

I have done many private dances in my home as well as a some kink for other men. I NEEDED a license if this was to be a primary source of money for me. I got one. Not every form of contact is considered prostitution...You can have a man rub your feet for money, IF he does not get sexual in any form (Or you don't, i.e. take your top off etc), you just need to be licensed to work. There needs to be a legal paper trail is all i am saying...if he got pissed..

I asked my accountant about this years ago. I then found out he was correct, i needed a license, but again i had more traffic, i live in Fl.

One guy who wants to rub your feet i would not worry about, if he hits you say once or twice. But getting money off him if he is going to get a major addiction to you and see you often is not worth the hassle. You need to go about this the legal way, i am serious.

Many ladies worked this system for cash only all the time and never filed (not saying you would not, throwing out whay happens). A gift? Well it could be, but if he ever got pissed because you would not rub HIM off, he damn sure would have you turned in...Perhaps sue you for the monies he paid out for a 'service' for him. A gift is a present that a person gives because they want to, usually for no reason! Not a service rendered!

This is not a simple play thing...when you work under a company you are protected by them. On your own you need to be legal.

    Niteflirt? Damn hun....Bullshit playground.

    Good luck.

I wouldn't worry about all the legality of foot rubbing. If you're just going to see this one guy, don't sweat it.
Foot stuff like you are talking about pursuing is totally legal in our neck of the woods. There can simply be no sexual contact. Make sure he knows this up front.
I have interviewed several prospective clients and slaves through Niteflirt also. It's a good way to chat about things without having your time wasted, as they often will when you give out your number or exchange messages back and forth through email or Myspace.
Let it be said that I have found nothing but wankers on Myspace, though. I've never had one successful session go through on that site. I have had a few stalker-y type experiences on there. Nothing like what you described for your guy though.
Make sure you discuss his limits. Respect them always and give him a safe word to use. After talking with him about what you expect and what he desires, be sure you get a contact number for him, and check his ID if you do decide to meet with him. Before you do the session, give that number to someone you trust to hold onto, just in case.

There are several dungeons in the Hollywood area that do rentals for $50 - $75 an hour (PM me if you want names)- Never under any circumstances meet the guy at your house. That can be incredibly dangerous. If you go to his house, have your man (or a guy friend) go with you and wait in the other room. If anything feels sketchy, leave! Always remember your safety is worth more than anything.
I've done both outcall and in-house sessions (both for a house and independent for 6 years) and I always charged about $50 an hour more if I had to travel. Then I could pay my driver/bodyguard about $30 an hour to keep a good watch on things.
I'd say $200 an hour is very reasonable out here. If he is serious, he'll pay. You may have to give up a bit of that for dungeon rental or security but it's still about $150 an hour. Not bad.

Yep, just keep doin like you're doing. Talk to him on niteflirt and get him hooked. Tell him how you really don't do things like this normally, gosh you have to think about if you can really do it, etc. Then tell him $250-300 for an hour. $200 is reasonable for a domme in your area, and since you aren't a domme but a stripper whose doing this as a special one time thing just for him you can charge more.

But really, guys in LA suck. He might just be trying to get you to be mean to him for free.

He has sent me a few messages on MySpace saying that he totally understands about compensating me for my time, and he REALLY wants to clean my feet. I haven't had time because of work, but I'm going to get in touch with him tonight and set this up. K is out of town, but if I charge $250 and throw $50 of it to my friend John, he'll come along and wait on me.

I haven't seen him yet, but I started training as a domme at a new dungeon last night. Once I'm all set and ready to start booking my own clients, I'm going to message this guy ASAP and tell him to book a damn session and come clean my dirty feet!

And then I'll go for a nice long barefoot walk on Hollywood Blvd so he'll have plenty of filth to suck off.

I would be REALLY careful about doing that if I were you!! Hollywood Blvd. is one of the nastiest places on earth. You wouldn't want to get TB or hepatitis or something. I dunno...maybe I'm too much of a germaphobe but I'd sooner stomp around in someone's garden.
Which dungeon are you at, by the way? I used to work at Den of Iniquity and that's on Hollywood - I wondered if it was the same place.
