i searched this but didn't find any threads that actually answered my question.
i wanna take some diet pills to help me out with my weight loss (i eat very well and work out at the gym 4-6 times a week). someone recommended a product called Xenical.
i've done a lot of research, got a leaflet from the pharmacy and talked to them about it. i know that it basically makes you shit oil and has a few unpleasant side effects, but whatever.
everything i've read says that Xenical should be used for people with a BMI of 27+. i have a BMI of 21. the ladies at the pharmacy asked about my diet and exercise, and when i said i eat well and work out often, they said they doubt that taking Xenical will really give me any weight loss results at all.
so what i wanna know, is if anyone who is around my size (bigger, but not clinically obese. i'm 5'9" and 136lb) has taken Xenical and seen results? can it work for people who aren't obese?

Anyway, I liked it when I was training to compete but still wanted to cheat a little. It will help you shed a "few" pounds but if you eat anything super greasy it will come straight out your butt within an hour. Looks/smells like bacon grease.... it's pretty rank. In the US they are going to legalize it for OTC in a milder potentcy. I think it is OTC in Zealand?
