    An email I got. Note some of the statistics are are actually worse than the original of the original of the original... I post because the other thread has been polluted with off-topics.

    From the L.A. Times

    1. 40% of all workers in L.A. County ( L.A. County has 10.2 million people)
    are working for cash and not paying taxes. This was because they are
    predominantly illegal immigrants, working without a green card.

    �2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles ar e for illegal aliens.

    �3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens.

I could use $10,000,000,000.00 to $36,000,000,000.00 in less taxes - could you? (And that is only at the federal level!)

    Unmentioned are the Mexican flags waved during the illegal protests. and many many others.

    Did you know that immigrants from Mexico and other non-European countries
    can come to this country and get preferences in jobs, education, and governme nt
    contracts. It's called affirmative action or racial privilege. The Emperor of Japan
    or the President of Mexico could migrate here and immediately be eligible for
    special rights unavailable for Americans of European descent.

    Obviously true due to affirmative action.


    Corporate America has signed on to the idea that minorities and third world
    immigrants should get special, privileged status. Some examples are Exxon,
    Texaco, Merrill Lynch, Boeing, Paine Weber, Starbucks and many more.


    Not to mention H1-B and L-1 visas designed to lower the wages of the professional working class.



    DID YOU KNOW?
    Did you know that Mexico regularly intercedes on the side
    of the defense in criminal cases involving Mexican nationals?

    Did you know that Mexico has NEVER extradited a Mexican
    national accused of murder in the U.S. in spite of agreements to do so?

    They are anti-capital punishment. They also like to arrest americans like Dwayne "Dog" Chapman who capture criminals (Andrew Luster) who have raped in America


    According to the L.A. Times, Orange County , California is home to 275
    gangs with 17,000 members, 98% of which are Mexican and Asian.

    There are 9000 police officers in LA. A four to one ratio of gang bangers to cops.

    ^^^ how can we help ? That's easy. The other 46 states could vote for a constitutional amendment to give hispanic illegal aliens the real 'amnesty' they are after ... 'Aztlan' ... and save hundreds of billions of dollars in the process !!!

    ^^^ that depends on the policies followed by other states regarding the eligibility of illegal aliens for social welfare benefits, the directives issued to police in other states regarding deliberate non-enforcement of immigration laws, the directives issued to police in other states regarding the deliberate non-enforcement of laws regarding employment of illegal aliens etc. Arguably, without eligibility for social welfare benefits, free health care etc., without de-facto 'amnesty' from deportation upon discovery, and without a blind eyed willingness of employers to readily provide under the table employment without fear of enforcement consequences, illegal immigrants would have little motivation to cross the 'new' border.

    It also depends to a large degree on an eventual Supreme Court decision regarding states rights to offer automatic citizenship to 'anchor babies' and consequently automatic 'permanent resident alien' status to the parents of 'anchor babies' ... a subject which has not been constitutionally challenged in the last century, but which is arguably based on a deliberate misinterpretation of the 14th amendment as well as deliberate violation the most recent (1873) Supreme Court ruling on the subject.

The 14th Amendment was intended to provide citizenship to those that had endured slavery. The Amendment states in part, "all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States..." Unfortunately too many self serving politicians and advocates for illegal immigrants ignore an important phrase in the Amendment. That phrase is "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof."

In 1866, Senator Jacob Howard wrote, "This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors, or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons." Senator Howard wrote the addition phrase specifically because he wanted to make it clear that the simple accident of birth in the US is not sufficient to justify citizenship.

    The US Supreme Court recognized this when they ruled in 1873 that the phrase (and subject to the jurisdiction thereof) excluded "children of ministers, consuls, and citizens of foreign states born within the United States." Since the court recognized that the children of foreign citizens and diplomats should not be granted US citizenship, why should anyone think that the children of those that enter the US illegally are subject to the jurisdiction of the US government? The simple answer is no thinking person would. The anchor baby parents are neither US citizens, subject to US jurisdiction, nor do they owe any allegiance to the US. Federal immigration laws require aliens to renounce all allegiance to any foreign government and to support the US Constitution to become citizens. The parents of anchor babies never fulfilled this obligation and were never "subject to the jurisdiction" of the US.

    Both the author of the 14th Amendment and the US Supreme Court recognized that an alien mother and her baby are subject to the jurisdiction of their native country - not the US. The 14th Amendment wasn't created to provide an end run for aliens to defy US immigration laws. But politicians have subverted the Constitution and allowed citizenship to any child born in the US. This misinterpretation is not accidental - it is intentional. An error of this magnitude could not be accidental."(snip)


    Incidentally, if the 46 remaining states were to rid themselves of CA, NM, AZ and TX allowing them to form the new country of 'Aztlan', they would also be ridding themselves of state supreme courts and the associated Federal 9th 'Circus' Court of Appeals ... which has been responsible for a large number of arguably constitutionally 'faulty' decisions along the above lines i.e. the de-facto creation of supposed illegal alien 'rights'.







    this is just a smattering of court rulings where the 'will of the people' i.e. the votes of US citizens has been subjugated in favor of supposed illegal alien 'rights' ...

    Arguably, if illegal aliens now have the right to vote in elections in these states providing they are willing to check a box that says 'I am a citizen ... trust me', then it's all over for these states anyhow politically speaking. Economically speaking, it is also all over for these states except for their current ability to act as 'vampires' sucking the federal tax money paid in by residents of the other 46 states to help fund their state social welfare programs, health care programs, law enforcement programs, education programs etc vastly overburdened by illegal aliens. The 'tin foil hat' crowd would tell you that, if everyone living in these states legally or illegally were allowed to vote in their elections, and if these states were forced to cover their own costs for social welfare benefits, law enforcement costs, health care costs etc. resulting from illegals without receiving federal tax money subsidies from the other 46 states, their standard of living would quickly approach that of northern Mexico.


    PS in terms of the Aztlan map, the 'tin foil hat' crowd would also comment that a dotted line will be drawn just south of Hollywood, CA - and there will be little opposition to constructing a 20ft high 300 ft wide security fence along that dotted line from the Pacific ocean to the Nevada border !

    So these people who work for cash and don't pay taxes...any of them strippers?

    Most of those stats are very real. They can vary or be skewered a bit, but I stick to my belief about the vicious cycle that allows this continue, even grudgingly.

    No one seems to be able to offer a concrete and feasible solution to the problem because there really is none.

    As I recall, the figure I've heard is 40% of the U.S. GDP passes through the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach in any given year. I guess this would be shifted to some other port if Aztlan is created, but it could prove to be a problem for the Chinese, Korean and Japanese companies exporting items to what was previously the U.S.

    Also, the Los Angeles Times, a few weeks ago, had an article about a 150-year cycle of activity along the San Andreas fault. The estimated damage for a Los Angeles-centered big earthquake (hypothetical number of 7.9 on the Richter scale used in the article), was approximately 150 billion dollars. Would the remaining 46 states be willing to pick up the tab for these damages, or would it then be the responsibility of the government of Mexico? I still don't understand why there is this push for the creation of Aztlan in earthquake territory - especially since we know the big 'quake will arrive - we just don't know when!

    Yes, most of those stats are quite real, even if slightly off I'd say they're not too far off. And if anyone has lived in those border states, you've seen for yourself what a problem it can be (unless you've been living under a rock).

    Numbers like these are what I meant when I said all this illegal immigration would be the ruination of the United States. Unless we do something about it.

    Fuck a buncha damn illegals protesting for "rights". FUCK them. They can go back to their own shithole to wave their flags and protest THERE.

    I am sick to death of immigrants who refuse to become a part of this country and contribute, rather than take away and/or sponge indefinitely. Personally, I'd be ALL FOR Aztlan. Let them have it. We could be soooo much better off.
