Okay so stupid stupid stupid me... I came to this booking on Monday.. I was sick as hell with a migraine and upset stomach from taking the pain meds for my shoulder and couldn't keep any food down.... come tues I still couldn't really eat much and then well I just forgot to eat till Fri... yea I went all week without eating(but drinking plenty of water). Fri night I had a salad.. couldn't eat much and felt sick after eating... yesterday(Sat) I had yogurt for breakfast, felt sick after eating it... then I had chicken fingers for dinner... felt okay, not super but ok after.. then after work one of the DJs got me fries from McDonalds, I had a handful and felt sick... anything I eat or drink just makes my stomach feel upset and bloated...
This is defiantly my fault for not eating but damnit I just wanna get my stomach to like me againHow can I get it to settle and let me actually eat? I've been trying to eat a little at a time since my stomach isnt used to having food in it now... I just get a bloated icky nauseous feeling...
Bright side to this is I lost almost 8 pounds in the week lol... but umm its not healthy.. and I swear this isnt something I usually do.. I just started the week off wrong... coming into the booking sick and then just getting caught up working I just forgot to eat.. I didnt even feel hungry at all this week...


How can I get it to settle and let me actually eat? I've been trying to eat a little at a time since my stomach isnt used to having food in it now... I just get a bloated icky nauseous feeling...
