Hey guys, I'm back.
I was wondering, how often and what do you guys do to work out?
Right now I'm just scraping by...I can only manage a couple (like 50 of each) crunches, pushups, and squats before bed (school :<) I'm about to start lacrosse though, so that'll probably help with a couple of things.
During the summer when I don't have any obligations, I like to alternate days of cardio and weight training. My cardio is a half-hour on an elliptical (going at a pretty healthy pace), and my weight training is pretty lame...I follow a workout video (self: bikini-ready fast!) with 5 lbs. weights.
So what do you guys do? Could you maybe suggest some floor workouts for a girl who has about 30 minutes to an hour of free time with no access to a gym?
