Default I finally quit my club.

I can't believe it. I have worked at the same club (Bliss Cabaret) for over 2 years. I got so aggrevated yesterday that I actually got dressed, told the DJ I quit and walked out. I have never done anything like that before. I just couldn't take not making money anymore. I worked Friday, Saturday, Monday and yesterday and all four days I made $175. I went to the club down the street (Oz) and got hired and start today. I am sooooo nervous about starting. I really hope I like it there and make money. Okay I just had to share that with everyone. Wish me luck!!!!!

I agree with jaizaine, if you're not making money, move around. I do it all the time. Sometimes I work in 2-3 different clubs per week, which almost always helps me make money. Customers either never seen you before or it's been a while. Good luck at the other bar, bank it girl!

There are A LOT of clubs out there like this and A LOT of girls are having earnings about the same, or slightly better than you have had Alexis 81. I have a costume business, and in visiting various clubs, some girls have to scuffle to buy one $40 outfit, some want to buy but have no money, some try to make it and can't sell anyone, and you rarely see any dances being done, just some stage tipping.

The greedy big business orented people running this country along with the pandering of the special interest religious groups is partly to blame. People don't have as much disposable income and some are afraid to go to the clubs due to the heat in the area.

I had a normal week last week, but this week has started off horribly. Things will gradually get a little better, but we have to remember that we are in a declining industry.

Hopefully your slow days will lessen at the new club and you will at least have some $200-$300 ones to balance things out.

I did it! I am so proud of myself for not chickening out and going back to my old club. I had fun and made money. A customer asked me for a dance and I was so shocked I almost knocked my drink over (okay not really but...)

Lola I've heard good things about the Cheetah too, however I live in Spring Hill so thats a hell of a drive to get down to Sarasote
