    Default Dating co-workers?

Some of my co-workers have asked me on a date out side of work. I want to maintain a friendship with them (free drinks) because I have fun when we hang out(in the club). Where I work it is common for the dancers to date the barternders, bar backs,dj ect.I don't bring my personal life into the club so I have not told them about my boyfriend and I intend to keep it that way. Are there any other ways to let them know your not interested with lossing the perks?

I think should tell them you're seeing someone or just got out of a relationship and not ready for one right now. They're probably buying you drinks because they're interested in you. There's people that I work with that are dating inside the club, I personally don't think that's a good idea because what if you broke up or started dating someone else that you work with, then it would make the work situation really weird.

I don't know if there's a way to keep the benefits and not end up dating them, there might be but nothing that I can think of. The only thing you can do is just be a friend and not lead anyone on and tell them you're not ready for a relationship or you don't think it's a good idea to date anyone you currently work with. That's all I can think of for right now.

    Good luck!

How long have you been working there? They usually give up and go away... but then there are always the new ones, ugh! Just stick to your guns about it... Mentioning your boyfriend WOULD probably help, though...

If you push it off long enough they should get the idea and stop asking.

Ehh... turnover rate in clubs is so high that they'll eventually move on of their own accords. Some new girl will waltz in and then you can let her deal with it.

i dont think it should be a problem as long as your club dont have employee/dancer restrictions...Im in the same predicament, messing around with my morning manager, it could get ruff, him getting jealous or trying to make you jealous, just watch yourself

I guess that I have always had the problem of being to nice, and it is hard for me to send the clear message that I am not interested. I feel bad in rejecting someone if they are genuinly into me.
