Herbalife?
I've been reading through a lot of diet pill posts on Body Business and I noticed only one person mentioned them. They are not as commercialy marketed as other supplements so I guess they don't get a lot of spotlights.
I used it over a summer when I started working indoors (and driving and cars, lots of sitting) and had such enormous hours that I couldn't work out. I had two of them shakes a day and I actually looked like I worked out, and I didnt have to mind my diet.
/But/ because I didn't work out or diet I didn't lose any weight, but I kept myself stable and had relatively more muscle mass than before. I also noticed my skin became BEAUTIMOUS and I had more stamina.
I have two full cans of this and I'm thinking about starting again, since metabolic capsules cost some whopping 70 dollars or so here in Iceland, and I'm a poor little booboo.
Also on plus side? It's the only supplement I've had that tastes GOOD.
Anyone out there? Anyone at all?
