I don't know if this has been posted before, but I thought it might be a good idea. I feel everyone goes through their tough times and I figured this would be a good place to share what kept you going. Stories that cheered you up things that you do when your down, philosophies, and whatever really. I thought it'd be cool because whenever your down you could come to the feel good thread and hopefully feel better.
I guess I'll start. Whenever something is going on in my life and I don't know how to deal with it I talk to myself. (not like a crazy person mind you. hmm, nothing wrong with it even if I did.) I guess I act like my own psychologist because I ask myself what the problem is and answer my own question. I mean seriously, hearing your concerns voiced puts them in a different perspective and could help. On the silly note c'mon you gotta imagine yourself doing this I always imagine how I'm looking when I'm doing this and I can't help but smile or laugh because I'm thinking I look like a dumbass. I can't stay upset when I'm laughing at myself so I think it works.
I hope alot of people post because you never know when something you say could help somebody else.
By the way I'm not crazy, my psychologist said I'm sane. So you have nothing to worry about.![]()
