I think most of the action goes on while the strips are actually on your teeth. They worked great for me before my teeth got all insanely sensitive and I couldn't handle them anymore. But I used to brush my teeth right after wearing them, and i don't think it made them any less effective. You're so lucky your teeth can handle them! Nowadays I'm using the whitening mouthwash, which works a little bit, but the effects are not nearly as dramatic as with the strips. It's always a trade off.. the most effective treatment (hardcore bleaching at the dentist's office) is the most painful, and the least effective (probably that mouthwash, lol) is the least painful.
Yea I would definetly rinse your mouth, that stuff is yucky tasting. Just dont eat drink or anything for about an hour after you take the strips off. I love crest white strips, I need to do them again! Thanks for the reminder.
When I used them before: I rinsed my mouth first, used the strips, then brushed immediately after taking them off. I could be wrong, but I think thats how the directions recommend you do it.It says don't brush right before use because it can increase tooth sensitivity.

Does the box say to brush afterwards? I dont remember seeing that..
I think so. I don't have any right now so I can't check. but I'm pretty sure thats whats in the instruction booklet.
