my boyfriend didnt like the idea of me doing the lemonade diet. I was doing it really well for two days before i couldnt take his nagging about me "not eating" and how "that cant be healthy for you." then he bargined that he would quit smoking if i "started eating" and i couldnt pass that up. So im just going to switch immediately to the south beach diet without detoxing like i wanted.![]()
im making baked greek lemon chicken with zucchini right now![]()
and i have egg whites and veggies for a breakfast omlette and salad for lunch.
what other phase 1 recipes can i make?
