    Default Tica from Costa Rica!

I found this kitten on the street in Costa Rica last month and decided to bring her home. Her name is Tica.

How do you go about bringing home a stray animal from another country? It just seems to me there'd be lots of forms and red tape about vaccinations and whatnot. Was it a hassle?

I just had to go to the vet to get her vaccinated and a paper saying that she could travel. The paper had to be stamped in a gov't office.
She should have gotten vaccinated 20 days before departure. She actually got her shots 7 days before departure, and the vet forged the paper a bit for me......

Now I just need to get her a little friend to play with!

Cool, thanks for answering. I'm glad the vet fudged the papers for you, and good luck with Tica. Hit your local SPCA and find her a friend. >:~)
