Let me first say, Hi everyone! I am a long time lurker and have learned all kinds of cool tips and tricks. Now the vitamins..
I have the Cali nail and hair vitamins (3 a day)
plus I also take Calcium (600mg with vit D added 2x a day)
and Glucosamine Chondroitin (750mg glucosamine and 600mg chondroitin) I also need to take Vit C (3 pills x 500 mg each)
Am I taking too much? Should I space these out?? Do I need to add anything? A multi??
I am really trying to clean up my diet and cut on the 2 liters of dr.pepper (no, I am not kidding, I was drinking that much at least!) and drink water ( I have went months and months without so much as a sip of water)
I'm not as young as I used to be and I suffer from horrid back pain and I am sure I have no calcuim or minerals from the Soda leaching it from my bones...Plus I smoke... I really need to quit....
