ok, today i was super hungover and sick feeling so i didnt really care much about my diet. i still drank tons of water and stuck to no soda or anything, but i ate panera for lunch and i'm having pizza for dinner. i know a lot of girls give yourselves one cheat day a week, which i dont plan on doing often, but do you think it affects your diet negatively? i know lots of people do it, but i feel like if i eat bad one day i'm in a way cancelling out all the healthy eating ive been doing. what do you guys think?

You may be a little bloated the next day, but the following day your weight should be back to normal and the bloat gone! HTH

and even things that have 5748956374 calories are ok if you eat then only once in a while!
