    I should've just worn a sign...

    ...saying, "Don't piss me off!"

A few minutes ago, I was at the corner market wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt, with limp, unwashed hair, no makeup, and red pimples on my cheeks and forehead. Thus attired, I presented myself at the cash register to purchase the following three items:

    1. Bottle of red wine
    2. Maxipads with wings
    3. Dark chocolate

I didn't realize until just now what a picture that must've been. No wonder that guy was so polite!

Lol, girl you sound like you were on a mission. Those three items alone probably sent up red flags thru the entire store, lmao.

But come to think of it, your aunt flo is one spoiled visitor. I'm usually in no mood but to scream and yell at everyone within earshot.

I'm about to take my wine and chocolate to a hot bath. The chocolate looks good... 80% cocoa, dark, with ginger in it. The wine is a nice spicy shiraz, so they should go well together. K is out of town so with no one to spoil me, I gotta spoil myself!

Ha ha, I've done that too! I bought tampons, a snickers bar and a rotiseree chicken. The funny look I got didn't register until I got home and realized what they must have thought.

The chicken was damn good though.

lol.... i love that bah combo! I add a good cheese as well, and some friut.

then I like to finish it off with a little irish coffee topped with wipped cream once I get out of the tub, and some more fruit and fondu, with a nice artisan bread to keep me from being drunk and a much needed muscle relaxer/demerol combo. and hop in bed with my roomies and snuggle and watch good movies. add a therma care heat wrap if needed.

^ wow! I really spoin myself.... lol.

Haha. That's adorable. We should *actually* start wearing signs and maybe everyone will be nice to us! Weeeee.

    *snatches some of Yek's chocolate*

I own a T-shirt just for these days. "Careful, I had a bowl full of bitchy for breakfast." Everytime I wear it out I got stopped by at least one woman "Oh! I love that shirt, I NEED that shirt!"

My comforts are red wine and raspberries....and then tortilla chips. Ahhhh.

every time i go to the store for tampons i manage to buy what must appear to be the most bizarre go-with items ever. i got an odd look for the duct tape. the cucumber was not even acknowlaged. last time it was a bag of spring mix. the check out guy said "that's gonna be an interesting salad". i'm like "wtf?". so he picks up both items and sort of waves them at me. if it wasn't my favorite cashier i probably would've beaten him to death with the lettuce.
