So for the past few days I've been waking up everymorning to a very dizzy feeling if I move around too much laying down, even with my eyes closed, and when standing up. For the first few hours it's so bad if I stand up I feel like I'm going to faint I'm spinning so hard. After about 4-5 hours it goes away on its own. Anyone know what this is? I'm for sure not pregnant or anything like that, and haven't chanced diet, etc.

). It was very hard - first 6-7 minutes on the track - I was afraid of falling down. But surprisingly it did good and the I just couldn't stop my cardio. Knock on wood but since then it's imroved a lot.
