    Default A good scale?

Does anyone have a scale for bodyweight that they would recommend (not the stand up kind)?

I have a tanita with the body fat thing. That's a waste since it's not accurate, but I like the digital part. It weighs to the 1/5th pound, and now 3 years later, still dead on.

^^I've got the same. It gives body fat % and body water %. I don't trust those readings, but you can kind of track weight loss if the figures are on a decline, whether or not the numbers are correct.

Tony Little brand on HSN has the body fat, hydration thing on it. But isn't it most accurate to have body fat measured underwater?
