Default dancer interfering with your hustle. What to do?

Last Saturday night I went up to this table and sat down with this guy. While I was sitting with him this other girl came up and started talking to the same guy I was talking with. I brought up the option of going to the private room and he said yes but wanted to bring both me and the other girl. While we got back in the Executive room he was asking about what the options would be. I started to tell him about the private rooms, the prices for an hour per dancer and everything and the other dancer started running her mouth saying "well you can take us for a half hour and do it in the executive room instead of the private room because it'll be much cheaper for you". I was like WTF are you doing? Why would you but in and suggest something cheaper? I know I could've gotten him in the private room for an hour for both me and her. He was starting to ask about the private room when she but in and started telling him this would be cheaper for him! I seriously couldn't believe my ears! I gave her a look like be quiet and I said to him "well before you make your decision, why don't we show the private room first" and then she started running her mouth again "oh no, let's just go over here because it'll be cheaper for you".

My question is, what would you do? I've never worked with her and it wasn't my decision she kinda stepped on my territory and then ruined it for both of us!!!! Would there have been any way to fix the situation or had she ruined it when she said "we can do the half hour, it's cheaper"? I wasn't going to give the half hour option unless he didn't want to spend that much, I always offer the hour first and offer the half hour as a last option. What would you have done? Would you have said something to her afterwards?

You bet your ass I would have said something to her after! It's very rare that someone ever steps on my toes like that, but I would have taken her aside after and explained things to her. Maybe she's new and just has no clue about dancer etiquette? Or about making money?

Also, what did the customer wind up doing?

She's been dancing for 7 months so she's not new. We ended doing a half hour in the Executive room which is $150 for a half hour but have to pay the house $15 for rental fee. We don't have to pay the house anything for a private room. She ended up doing 1 dance for the customer and as soon as the half hour was over she bolted while I stayed and did 4 more dances for him and got $50 more! I was soooooo mad I wanted to smack her!

I would tell that bitch if she ever comes near me or my customers again I would make SURE she regrets it.

As for dealing with it in the moment, I wouldn't have let her stick around long enough to horn in on my hustle in the first place. Since you let her do it once, she'll be trying to do it again. You have to nip that shit in the bud. Just put your body physically in between him and her and if she doesn't go away then, turn around and tell her quietly to get the fuck away from YOUR table with as evil a face as you can muster. Then turn sweetly back to your customer and tell him you'd feel soooo much better if the two of you could just have some privacy.

The problem was he specifically said he wanted both of us. I even tried the "I want you all to myself" and he still wanted her too. I didn't want to make a scene in front of the customer. I'd never worked with her before and never even seen her before, my guess is she's not a high hustler or big earner (big surprise ) because you tend to know who's back in VIP a lot and who's not so I didn't know who she was. I know you can only imagine how pissed I was! I just could not believe my ears when she said it's cheaper, I felt like saying out loud "cheaper, huh, like you?" My guess is she never gets VIP's so she was afraid it would be lost so she opened her big freaking mouth!

I was so shocked I was speechless, I almost got up and walked away to go look for another customer but didn't because it was at the end of the night. If something like that ever happens again I'll let her have it whoever it is.

What you need to do the next time you see this girl is explain to her that our objectives as dancers is to get the customer to spend as much money as possible. To offer each customer the higher priced package, and only mention the lower priced one if he balks at spending more money.

Again, my whole gripe about lack of dancer training in the clubs. I wouldn't discourage a customer from buying from you and another girl if he so desires. You don't want to seem greedy and cutthroat.

    totally!
we were talking about this at my club recently. they train the girls on how to give private dances and stage dances but there is no training whatsoever not even a pep talk on how to hustle!!!!!!!
pretty stupid when hustling is the most important part of the job.
i guess what it comes down to is the club wants to train their dancers to table dance coz this is how the club and not the dancer benefits (we dont get paid for it and at my club there is generally no tipping for tables, only table dances) whereas whether a dancer sells X number of dances or not won't interest the club in the least, they still get their house fee.

anyway back on topic, i would definately tell this girl off and tell her to stay away from u while your at it.
there are several girls at my club who i actually hustle with and try to sell doubles but this is not something u would do uninvited like this girl was.

take bridgettes advise if it happens again.

also, if i were in your situation i would have tried to turn it around then and there and signalled her to shut the fuck up (or if that failed maybe stick stiletto heel into her toe lol) and said to the customer that the private room is way better, it's far more intimate and you get to spend more time etc and maybe even mention the extra cost of the room hire - making out like the club is kinda ripping everyone off.

I'm wondering what this girl was doing walking up and talking to a customer you were sitting with in the first place? that's where it should have been stopped. Maybe things work differently at your club, but every place I work, if a girl is sitting with a guy, then he is off limits. I would never dream of approaching a customer who already was with a girl.

but anyway. Had that happened to me, as soon as she suggested the half hour I woudl have pulled her aside, and said what are you doing? Im trying to sell the hour. Keep your mouth shut. Then I would have told her to never, ever approach a customer who I am sitting with ever again.

My mouth dropped open at this post. I could see if she were trying to swindle you and get more money to herself, that's bad, but at least it makes sense. EVERY DANCER, even on her first day SHOULD know more money=good. Wow, I am amazed.

I agree with Tina, you don't want the guy to feel like you are trying to fleece him or pulling him into stripper drama. I cannot imagine you would ever be in a situation like that again, where a girl would be so foolish.

How do you suggest you don't pay attention to someone, when they sit their ass down at the table you are already at with your customer??

Do you post just to see your name? ARGGHHH

Anyway, OP, I'd definately take the time to mention my dismay to the other dancer. She was way outta line, and you probably would have made heaps more, if not for her stupidity, and liquid-lips!

I would say take B's advice too, but If the bitch gets smart with you, you may be too tempted to smack-a-ho! lol

But you said this girl just walked up and started talking with him while you were there, before you had even mentioned VIP with him. You don't have to make a "scene" in front of the guy, just make her go away.

When she FIRST walked up you should've just moved physically in between him and her to totally block her out, before there was any talk of VIP. THEN if she didn't go away, do the little bitch move I described above. You shouldn't let it get so far that you're discussing VIP for the both of you. Unfortunately, you have to be a bit of a bitch sometimes to avoid bullshit and keep others from stepping on your toes. Believe me, this chic WILL pull some shit like that on you again, now that she got away with it once.

I learned this shit the hard way. You just can't let twats like that horn in on your game or they will never leave you alone

I have pulled similar moves to get rid of chics like this before, and it only paid off for me. Because the guy felt like I was "fighting for him" just a little bit, and it's an ego stroke for him But there's a fine line between the kind of "fight" you can put up and turn the guy on with it, and the kind where you just look like a bitch and ruin the whole thing. What I described in my first post in this thread works for me - it's just enough.

This is a really cruel idea, but if something like this happens to you tell the customer the butting-in girl has brain damage from a bad car accident- she repeats erronous information to people & doesn't understand when to leave people alone. "The poor thing!"
Or tell him she has a pickpocketing system that works best in the rooms she suggests for whatever reason (think up something.)
YEAH I know it sounds evil, but there's always some little sociopathic b*tch trying to kill your action....It'll happen sooner or later.

^^I wouldn't lie, personally. Then it would come back to haunt me somehow. If you make her leave in a subtle, but confident way, there is no chance that this can backfire. Bitches can feel my hatred when they try to butt in on my hustle. I make it very known to stay the hell away unless they are invited.

Normally I don't advise lying...but some girls don't listen. I've had sh*t talked about me without me doing anything to warrant it...There's always some loser in the club who will do things like that without provocation, so why not use it to defend yourself? Not something to do all the time, of course.

It doesn't even have to be an explicit lie. It can be, "I don't know what her problem is. She's acting like she has brain damage."

Thanks ladies! Yes there is a lot of cut throat, back stabbing at my club, I have to say for the most part, the girls leave me alone because I will not put up with it. I guess I was kinda off guard when this happened because when she came up and sat down it all happened so fast, I mean, she sat down and like 10 seconds later we were walking to the VIP room. (me suggesting it of course and the little bitch following behind). I didn't care that she came along, I was pissed that she interrupted and lost me money!

You'll all love this too. This is the first thing she said to the guy when she sat down "Oh, a waitress sent me over here to talk to you". Basically, the floormen and waitresses knew that table ordered a bunch of funnymoney and set their girls over so that's the first thing that came out of her mouth! I still can't believe her wanted to hang out with her after she said that, what a great fantasy & turn on! Guess who also did the entertaining in the back, ME!!!! Next time I see her I'm going to say something to her and let her know to stay the fuck away from me! I live by the same principle, if there's another dancer sitting at that table (unless a customer is specifically waiting for you and he tells the dancer that chose sit anyway) then stay away from the table! I can't tell you how many girls at my club will come and plop down at a table when another girl is sitting there! I never ever do that!!!!
