Now here's a diet I can do!! My personal trainer went on and on at a session a few days back about how my spicy food eating was probably really helping my training and my diet and I should continue to eat (preferably asian) spicy foods. Lots of vegetables, lots of spices, lots of chicken... as much as I want.
Since training and starting this diet (2 weeks), I've lost 3" at the waist, 4kg and 1" off each thigh (which was my main work-out focus).
Of course, this includes 3 personal training sessions per week - but even people who DIDN'T know I was working out have noticed the change in my overall body-TYPE not just look.
I love spicy food - it has been known a few times here. I'm even growing my own bird's eye chillis....
But of course... there should be precautions taken with any diet and I want to know what people think.
Spicy food will DEFINITELY not help with my past occurances of stomach ulcers and probably harm me that way.
Is there anything else I should be wary of as I continue to eat spicier and spicier foods? I always drink coconut milk with my spiciest foods, but I'm not sure how much that helps?
Either way, I'm seeing results (always had a fast metabolism though) and my body is looking fabulous...
but I'm worried about long term.
