YASSSSSSSS!
Whaddya think? Should I dance to it?
Life asked Death, “Death, why do people love me but hate you?”
Death responded, “Because you are a beautiful lie… and I am a painful truth”
I was never a devoted fan of Morissey, but this cover he makes for the Pretenders is amazing. Only someone who really loves Chrissy Hind can do this.
I found this to be relevant, touching, and done with lots of talent.

A cover (the original was by Motörhead), but one which I think adds a nice aggressive touch.
It’s also where the lyrics in my signature come from, even if the title of the song makes it sound like they’re marketing a sex toy.

^ Wow "At age 15, she ran away from home, and spent the next several years in drug rehabilitation, halfway houses, and living with friends; she spent her 18th birthday in a jail cell."

She’s an amazing song writer, and Country is much more than belts and buckles. I hope you liked it.

Many years ago (in the 80's) , when I was a kid, we grew up in a Jerusalem mixed neighborhood of Muslims, Christians, and well like myself, many Jews. There were two female singer goddesses that all parents listened to, regardless of religious convictions. The Egyptian Oum Koulthoum (her album Enta Oumri is still one of the best selling albums of all time world wide), and the Lebanese Fairouz. We were suckers for Fairoz's Christmas tape as kids, and now as a grown up, I realize that Fairouz was also a knock out:
