So I'm a total Top Ramen addict. It's so fast, yummy, and cheap. I understand that it doesn't have any real nutrients, but is it really as bad as everyone says it is? Will it make me put on weight if I eat it several times a week? How can it really be much worse than other cooked noodles?

I figure whats the worst about it is the HUGE amount of sodium. I'm still retaining water from the ramen of my childhood I think, shit.
