I read an article a few weeks ago by an M.D. from Georgetown. He recommended five natural fat-burners- hydroxycitrate, tonalin CLA, green tea extract, chromium picolinate and starch blockers. I'm a workout warrior ( at least 4 x a week; at least 2 hrs ) and watch what I eat and I had still lost my six-pack and was growing a belly so I decided to give it a try. I can't take most fat-burners because of the caffeine and I'm leery of starch and fat-blockers because I don't need digestive problems so I've just been taking the first four- 1 hydroxycitrate 30 to 60 minutes before EVERY meal; 1 Tonalin CLA with EVERY meal; 500 micrograms of chromium picolinate 1 x a day and 1 green tea extract ( highest potency I could find ). Didn't change the workout; didn't change the diet AND :
I've lost NINE (9) pounds in TWO weeks and can wear size 33 waist pants for the first time in years ! I've lost weight before but NEVER like this. All with ZERO side effects. I'm not stopping until I'm a 32 waist again.
