I have a treadmill at home. I love it! I only paid $400 for it 5 years ago and it still works great. I have a TV/VCR in the room where I work out so I can tape my favorite shows and watch them while I work out. I love taking walks outside too when it's nice out, but I'm sure as hell not going to this time of year!

I have a treadmill, but I almost never use it. I love to do step aerobics in my house though. Firm videos are the best! So much fun !

How about a jump-rope? Can't get much easier than that

If you want to go the inexpensive route check out the (aerobic) step, which is low-impact, high-intensity exercise. I personally am addicted to it! Want something extremely challenging that is also fun? Try Cathe Frederick. Here's a clip from one of her new workouts

The Firm ones are really good too.

Let me know if you want some recommendations.

Just a jump rope here for days when I'm too busy to go to the gym.
