    Default Dont yell at me!!

    Okay I know this is going to sound crazy but I have to ask...

    I have less then a week to lose around 10lbs(just under).. well really just to get rid of my little tummy or part of it...

    Other then the basics of cutting soda/sweets/startch out of my diet and exercising..

    Is there anything I can take? What happend is im doing Miss Nude Winnipeg next week... and i've put on a few pounds since my last contest from holidays and stuff and I want to look at least decent... I wont be continuing to take the pills or whatever, i'll stop as soon as the contest is over... I just need to get this gone before Tues...

    Please dont flame me, I know diet pills are not a safe thing to do but I need this gone... and im usually the one who screams "DONT TAKE THEM!" but I really have no other option.. I cant go into a contest looking like this.

    So yea what can I take that wont make me drop dead from a heart attack? And will help me lose 10lbs by the contest?

    i don't know about pills, but i won't yell at you.

    my best advice is to eat 100% raw untill afteer the contest. That means only whole, raw fruits and veggies, no dressings, marinades, anything. think salads.

    You could also do the master cleanse. Follow all the directions. Drink as many drinks as you want, which would be a lot if you are working.

    100% grapefruit juice. Seriously. I dunno why it does what it does but I drop weight when I drink it religiously.


    As for pills... I think there was something on the news about them putting a pprescription strength diet pill out on the OTC section.... dunno if its just US or when or...?

    With a diet like that, you certainly won't need to make use of laxatives....jebus! Desperate times call for desperate measures, I suppose, but stock up on TP.

    I lived like this for over 2 yrs, and I was uber thin.... I couldn't gain for the life of me, and eventually I added nuts so I could just maintain my weight.

    You're right about "being regular". I always went, like 3x a day when i was raw. I still eat about 50% raw and go about twicea day. major overshare! lol.

    and you can add and 100% juices, of course. Just make sure they're 100% real.

    Get up off you ass and walk a few blocks!! You may be a dancer...but you are not putting enough effort into the cardio you need daily!!

    Actually EAT!!! REGULARLY...not once a day! Train you body to work off what it has. In actuality....the less you eat the more your body stores cause it thinks it is not getting more for a while!

    If you for some reason can't eat regularly....eat nuts, bars...PROTEIN. Without protien you body will eat your muscles instead of your fat!! AND take you multi-vitamins.

    Cally...OMG girl....you are not fat...but you need to start taking care of yourself before you body starts working against you!

    Yeah, I doubt you actually need to lose 10lbs, but if you do you should have started 3 weeks ago. But, I know how that goes. Shit creeps up on ya...fast.

    Whenever I needed to lose weight quickly I ate my last meal, and then went out and bought one of those Hollywood Juice diets. I weighed myself the night before and and the end of two days I was always 10-11lbs lighter than that night. I always felt better too.

    here is a beauty pagent tip, well since it's something like ms. nude almost. they wrap certain body parts with seran plastic wrap while sleeping. it's suppose to make the skin look smoother. i did tried it once around the thighs and ass, it helps.

    First of all:

    Had to get that out of the way, you knew that.

    Second of all: I can't handle taking these regularly or anything but when I want to kick start or I need to lose fast for something, I have a bottle of Venom Hyperdrive 3.0. I take two in the morning and they make me a little shaky (which is why I don't use them regularly) , but I always lose weight super quick with them.

    Hydroxycut- the recommended dosage works to really reduce my appetite, and makes me buzz like a bee. It's not fun exactly, but it helps. Also try to 45min cardio-intensive workouts twice a day. Eat as little as you can without getting dizzy. Definitely not healthy, but it works for desperate measures! People in wrestling drop ten pounds in a week all the time- mostly water weight, but it does the trick. Lots of running, and/ or starving. Juice fasting helps too.

    Phentermine will do it. It is a prescription diet pill, but is pretty easy to come by. I can drop 7-8 lbs in a 5 day week with this stuff. I do about 2 hours of cardio and 45 min of weights a day and try to keep my cals 500-800. Add Chromium Piccolinate and a water pill for optimal results. The Chromium helps break down fat and the water pill just ensures you consume enough H20 to make the pills effective. (Please don't flame me either, I know this will mess up your metabolism long term, but you will get miraculous results in a couple of days.) It is generally considered safe if you don't take it long term and don't have high blood pressure.

    This is what my Dr. gave me:
    Phentermine 30mg
    Hydrochlorothiazide (Water Pill) 50 MG
    Chromium Piccolinate (sorry my bottle doesn't have MG listed)

    Please remember this is only good short term. A Dr who is a friend gave it to me as a quick one time fix. This is usually for severely overweight people.

    I accidentally lost almost 10 lbs that I didn't really need to lose when I started my new job. It was inconvenient for me to eat after 8pm or before 10am.
    I say eat healthier and don't eat after 8pm.

    No foods that cause bloat. I haer that some of the few veggies that cause no bloating are squash and asparagus. eat just that and chicken. If you need a snack, I can't remember if it was tomatoe or cucumber slices. I read that that's what some stars do to get extra skinny before awards shows... but they drop like 7 in a week, and it's hard to stick to for longer than that.

    Maybe try a juice fast or a master cleanse? I know someone who did something like this right after new year's. She went to a holistic doctor who had her do a cleanse for 1 week to detoxify and she lost like 8 lbs. She went back to eating somewhat normally, but healthier. There are probably sites/recipes on the internet that you could check out.

    Phentermine works wonders! Seriously ....Or you could try the Yay diet. I can't stand the shit but it works for some girls I know.

    This is what I do when I need to lose fast:

    Oatmeal in the morning-
    Lots of fruit- Grapefruit especially( anything citrus will help you burn fat)
    Tonalin CLA
    Don't eat at 6pm.
    Water, lots of water.
