Okay I know this is going to sound crazy but I have to ask...
I have less then a week to lose around 10lbs(just under).. well really just to get rid of my little tummy or part of it...
Other then the basics of cutting soda/sweets/startch out of my diet and exercising..
Is there anything I can take? What happend is im doing Miss Nude Winnipeg next week... and i've put on a few pounds since my last contest from holidays and stuff and I want to look at least decent... I wont be continuing to take the pills or whatever, i'll stop as soon as the contest is over... I just need to get this gone before Tues...
Please dont flame me, I know diet pills are not a safe thing to do but I need this gone... and im usually the one who screams "DONT TAKE THEM!" but I really have no other option.. I cant go into a contest looking like this.
So yea what can I take that wont make me drop dead from a heart attack? And will help me lose 10lbs by the contest?
