Somehow I don't think I should change my shower routine. I mean, I still bathe once a month whether I need it or not.
Idealism is fine, but as it approaches reality, the costs become prohibitive.

Hell, I could've told them that. K never understands why I want to rip his clothes off the second he comes home from the gym. I LOVE the way he smells when he's all sweaty! I love that smell of fresh musky man-sweat. (That is NOT the same as body odor though. Fresh sweat is nice, festered old sweat is gross.)

I have mentioned this before, but there was this Russian peasant boy who was ridiculously successful as a stud, so much so that his story has been passed on into history.
His secret?
During the vigorous barn dances they would have, he kept a handkerchief tucked in his underarm. At the conclusion of the dance, he would offer it to the young woman, who would be instantly and irretrievably smitten.
I am quite sure that the efficacy of different guys' sweat will vary, however, so this isn't a trick I'll be tempted to employ anytime soon, lol...
You must have chaos within you to give birth to a dancing star.

It's not any old sweat that will attract a woman. It's the sweat of attractive men.
The evolutionary biologist Randy Thornhill of the University of New Mexico ran this really cool study last year to find out if women could tell the attractiveness of a man strictly from his smell.
He gathered a test group of men and had the women rate their pictures on an attractiveness scale, which correlated with his findings on body symmetry (symmetrical = more beautiful). He then collected the men's shirts at the end of the day and had the women smell them and attempt to rate the attractiveness of the wearer.
The study found overwhelmingly that women rated the symmetrical men (also the ones they had already identified in the pictures as attractive) to be more attractive and desirable than the others, especially if they were menstruating.
