    Is this enough exercise?

    I am going to start getting back on track with my working out and taking vitamins. I've been really slacking off lately. I was wondering if this is an adequate amount of exercise, or if I need to add more:

    -Abdominal work 5 times a week (either my Abs of Steel tape or various crunches on this medicine ball I have)
    -Weight training 4 times a week (upper body 2 times and lower body 2 times)
    -Cardio 5 times a week for 30-45 minutes (either fast walking or a combination of walking/jogging)

    I know proper eating is most of the battle and I need to work on that too. LOL

    Definately enough exersize. I'd lay off on the weight training stuff a bit, though. You need to give your muscles some time to repair. Don't overdo it.

    that may even be a bit too much.. like bella said, the weight training might be overdoing it. your muscles need time to repair themselves.
