I am going to start getting back on track with my working out and taking vitamins. I've been really slacking off lately. I was wondering if this is an adequate amount of exercise, or if I need to add more:
-Abdominal work 5 times a week (either my Abs of Steel tape or various crunches on this medicine ball I have)
-Weight training 4 times a week (upper body 2 times and lower body 2 times)
-Cardio 5 times a week for 30-45 minutes (either fast walking or a combination of walking/jogging)
I know proper eating is most of the battle and I need to work on that too. LOL
