    Default Eyebrow wigs

This made me laugh, I found it on another forum! I guess they have a purpose though.

Omg, this is ironic. My aunt just called me all upset because her hairdresser accidently took nearly her whole eye brow off. She is 53 and worries it won't grow back because of her age.

All the women in my family including me have either very thin to no eyebrows at all. My aunt got hers tattooed on. I draw mine on every single day, it also doesn't help that Im blonde, so the eyebrows I do have are soo light. I would concider this except...what if it fell off or something? I can just picture me bringing my glass up to my lips for a drink, and having my eyebrow fall off in the glass!

My best friend's grandma wanted really thick bushy eyebrows when she was younger, so she thought you shave something, it grows back thicker, right? So she shaved off both of her eyebrows and they NEVER grew back...she was like 10 or 11. She drew her eyebrows on the rest of her life. Eeep!

I used to overpluck. Now mine grow in at different angles, neither looks like the other, they grow sticking straight out, etc. I also have bald spots that a year later still are taking too long grow in. If I had money to blow I'd think about this Mine never stay in place!

I know a girl who wears these, she swears by them. Said she never had one fall off, but she once forgot to put one on lol. They looked real, I could never tell they were 'wigs'. So if anyone actually wants to try them, they seem to work well.

There is also a rare condition that a girl I went to high school with had, where she was just born without hair. Any hair. She had her eyebrows tattooed on and used to wear a wig.

Lol...that was funny. Not that you don't have much eyebrow hair but what you thought would happen if you got them.

I wouldn't want to take any chances doing that. I can just picture some kid saying " Mommy, mommy, her eyebrows are floating in the water". That wouldn't be too cool.

What kind of pencil do you guys use to draw your eyebrows on? I've used the rimmel eyeliner in dark brown for years. I hate when I get sweaty and they rub off! It's not cute to have half brown half blonde eyebrows lol.

I'm pretty sure the web site said to NOT wear them swimming.

I lost a fake eyelash while out at the pub one night. This guy picked it up off of my lapel and asked, "what's this? a caterpillar?" It was soooooo embarassing!!!

For those of you who do have eyebrows, and just want them to be darker. Sally's Beauty Supply has a little kit for dying eyelashes and eyebrows. I've been using it on my lashes for years.

(The kit I got is a multiple applications kit.)

I went to school with a guy like this. The condition is called Alopechia(sp?). It's where the body sheds all hair due to thinking that the hair is like a foreign object, so the body rids itself of it. Weird. The opposite of this condition is rare too, it's called Hypertricosis(sp?)...This is excessive amounts of body hair, mostly facial. There is a family in Mexico with it, and it is hereditary. No surprise that they work for the Circus, called the Wolf Boys, or Dog Face Boys.

Rimmel also makes a brow pencil. I've never had a problem with it coming off but I also go over it with maybelline's brow styling gel. One pencil usually lasts me about 6 months. I love the stuff
