    Default Recurring Nausea

    Sorry for all the threads...

The last four days or so I've been having intense bouts of nausea. I haven't actually vomitted, but I rarely, rarely vomit. I can count on one hand the number of times I've thrown up in the last six or seven years (4 times: 3 nasty hangovers and one flu). I do get so icky feeling though...it's very unpleasant. And it just pops up...at first I thought it was the new found running...then maybe my hair, but I don't think so. Feeling ill like this is not my normal response to stress.

So- besides pregnant...very highly unlikely I'm pregnant, the magic eight ball's nasty answers notwithstanding- what could be causing this? I feel very ick right now. I need gravol to sleep.

^^thanks- I know, I'm a big baby. I'm having this tiny, tiny gnaw of a doubt because I screwed up my pill, and I know my cycle got all out of whack, and then some sex. But I'm supposed to be infertile. I think I just need to sleep now and not hang out feeling like I'm going to puke and that it might 'mean' something.

There is this stuff I've been taking for morning sickness (so you know it works) and it's all natural - no side effects and it tastes like peaches and ginger. I rarely ever throw up either but my nausea was very persistent some days for most of my 1st and part of my 2nd trimester. It's very occasional now, and most of my symptoms stopped around the time I started taking it.
    It's called Morning Sickness Magic
and it absolutely works!! You can get it at just about any health food store, I think.

Darling, if you might be, possibly, could be pregnant take a test. In fact, take two (because under non-lab conditions they are only 90% accurate despite the claims on the box). Outside of that you know more about digestion and related pharmacopia than anyone I know.

At least this way you can officially tell your 8 ball to go to hell.

The Morning Sickness Magic comes in liquid form, at least that's how I've been taking it. 4 tablespoons a day, then gradually reduce it when the nausea subsides. You can also take it as needed because it's all natural.

Molly, are you dizzy at all before you get nauseated? I had this before. I would get dizzy all of the sudden, and then immediately nauseated to where I would throw up. It would last for days. It might be a common condition called Vertigo. It's more or less an inner ear thing. It's easily treatable, and I no longer have a problem with it. Until you can see your doc about it, I found a trip to the ER for IV gravol a lifesaver since NOTHING else would work.....and yeah, thought I was preggo at first too!
