Two buckets of water UNFROZEN !. Same object floats in one bucket and sinks in the other.
Why ?
Btw- my forehead is still sore for forgetting at what temp water freezes.

^^^ I've heard this one before so I won't respond
If you don't stand for something, you fall for ANYTHING.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
NO GOOGLING, this one's probably out there.
Two doors. A beautiful lady behind one, a hungry tiger behind the other. A guard at each door. One guard always tells the truth, the other always lies.
How do you figure out which door to pick?
PLM- To your Q- Nope- I know you'll get it.
THAT's the one ! You ask the guard who always lies which door holds the tiger and then pick the other one.
Is one bucket filled with salt water and the other one with fresh water???
boo I was too slow haha
Correct.
You ask one of the guards what the other one would say if you asked him what was behind his door. The truthful guard would say "Tiger" if it was "Lady" behind the liar's door and vice versa. The liar would say "Tiger" if the truthful guard would really say "Lady" and vice versa so just pick the opposite.
A man is dressed all in black on a country road. A car comes barreling down the road without its headlights on and stops just short. How did the driver see the man in time without his headlights on ?
A truckdriver is going the wrong way down a one way street and then goes up on the sidewalk brushing several pedestrians. Everyone acts as though nothing out of the ordinary occurred. Why ?
Where'd everybody go ? WHO moved us & why ?
A murderer condemned to die is given the choice of 3 rooms. The first is filled with poison gas; the second with lions who haven't eaten in over a year and the third with armed assassins. Which room is safest for him & WHY ?
Let's hit a few of these:
Man in Black - It was daylight

The lions died of starvation some time ago.

Write down the equality (false equality)
One Hundred Fourteen = Ninety Six
Rearrange the numbers to make it true.
No mathematical statements except the equals sign.
The SLINKY ?
Still working on the math. Never my strong suit.
Btw- you got all mine CORRECT- as usual.
Slinky is right.
Math doesn't have a lot to do with the other (One Hundred Fourteen = Ninety Six) one. If Layka shows up I bet she gets it.
I've got a couple hints for the license plates if there are no bites.
Hints please.
False Equality - Think about copyright dates (that might be too big a hint)
tan270 would be the same answer if it was tan90 (sorry, this one's a math thing)
CO27 - Think Chemistry
I'm heading for lunch, be back in an hour or so.
Got it ! In Roman Numerals- XCVI=XCVI
Got me stumped on the plates. I give up.
Convertible for TAN 270. CO27 is for an alt. fuel vehicle- propane ?
PLM- Go sit in the corner ! Those were a little too esoteric for me.
Here's a few more. This one stumped all of Aristotle's pupils except one:
A man is brought before a judge to be sentenced after being found guilty of a serious crime. Protesting his innocence he says that he will go before the Gods and place his hands into boiling water and remove them with no serious or permanent injury to show he is innocent. The judge is impressed and curious and takes him up on his offer and the man does as he said, plunging both of his hands into a pot
of boiling water and then removing them to show no serious injury. How did he do it ? For Extra Credit- Name the Aristotelian pupil who correctly guessed the answer.
There is a room with three (3) light bulbs. Each is connected to a lightswitch on the EXTERIOR wall of the room.i.e. the switches are OUTSIDE the room. You may only enter the room once. How do you determine which switch connects to which bulb ? Hint- you may play with the switches as much as you like.
A man is put into a room with no windows, no door, no trapdoor and no skylight. The floor is solid concrete. So are the walls. How does he escape from the room ?
How much dirt is in a hole 1 yard long by 1 yard wide and 1 yard deep ?
