You can be a bigger girl, but if you have any sagginess or droopiness, it looks bad. But if you are a little heavy built like this....then it's "sexy"....go figure.

Yes, men are lame. No news there. Do you think this is a power play of some kind between dancers and manager? Put her in her place type thing? Sounds no different then any office really, just different language. Most people can't feel on top unless they put others down. Not knowing what anyone looks like to comment on tone - or lack there of - this sounds like a classic power play. A dancer I used to train (back in the day when I had a business out of World Gym) was a killer hard body, she competed in figure shows in my area, and some pee on at work told her she had to "tighten up her flabby ass". Now in my line of work, I KNOW hard bodies, and this chick was a 10. She came in in tears. I felt bad, but tried to explain what was really going on, a head game by a control freak. Human dynamics suck....
A cunning linguist...

I actually don't see anything wrong with managers telling girls that they need to lose some weight or tone up. Yes, sometimes maybe it is a power trip or they were out of their mind, but guys do come in to see girls who look good. This business wasn't made for us all and I've seen many bigger girls on stage who just should not be there and run customers out. I also want to add, these 300 pound managers are not the ones on stage, we are, so their weight doesn't really make a difference.
Guys are morons, especially guys in stripclubs. One girl was saying how she thinks that guys in strip clubs feel that they need to make us feel like shit because they look at us in this skew way where we're all junky whores with nothing going for us, despite how few dancers are actually like this.
I walked past a guy at work one day and he's like, "oh, hmm, she's a bit fat." I turned around and was like, "well uhh, you're a bit bald." Seriously, he was like this middle aged bald guy, who was actually on the heavy side himself, and I am not fat. I may have gained some weight the past few weeks, but it was only enough to put me back into the healthy weight range for my height. I have issues finding clothes that fit me!
And another guy started ranting at this dancer about the size of her arse, saying how it was the fattest arse he'd ever seen, and was getting so wild and angry about it he was shouting it loud enough so everyone could hear it over the music...
He was saying this to the dancer who won Miss Nude. Moron.
Technically our club has a "no girl over a size 10" rule...which was said to a girl who was actually a size 10, despite the fact a girl with a size 14 arse was already working. She was just like "uhh, wtf? Your perception is fucked."

People can be assholes. I had a manager at a club tell me I need to tone up my ass to work there. I weighed barely over 100 lbs. She weighed about 300 lbs and looked like a dude. This was also the same woman who insisted I go on stage a few months before when I came in as a custy and told me I looked better than most of the girls in there. Whatever. I know the GUYS in the club seemed interested in me.
Don't worry about it. Sometimes I think the managers are just in a bad mood and putting down someone so much hotter than them makes them feel better.
I had a manager tell me at an audition to come back after I had lost about 30 lbs. He estimated I weighed 130 (at 4'11"). I had my implant post-op 2 days before and weighed 98lbs (and I lift)!!!! He raved about how beautiful I was when I first came in, then asks me to his office and tells me this shit. Whatever! I was working at a MUCH more upscale place a week later.

I get he had a bigger belly than santa clause too right?
Fuck him live by your own standards!
