just reading that combination together makes me wanna hurl.. and that's probably how you lose the weight.![]()
best way to lose 10lbs is to eat clean, whole, unprocessed foods and move your body more than you are now.
grapefuit and chicken sounds like it came out of an express satchel from hellll.![]()

stop trying to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks! thats not good for you![]()

i have a deadline
its not the pounds im worried about
its the inches

I've lost 10 lbs. in two weeks before, it really isn't that hard. I usually do at least one hour of cardio (sometimes I will do 90 minutes, or two hours) and I stick to a high/lean protein diet mixed with green veggies, and whole grain complex carbs (ex. oatmeal and brown rice). If you do that you should have no problem losing quite a few inches and pounds.
"There is an inner beauty about a woman who believes in herself, who knows she is capable of anything she puts her mind to. There is a beauty in the strength and determination of a woman who follows her own path, who isn't thrown off by obstacles along the way. There is a beauty about a woman whose confidence comes from experience. Who knows she can fail, pick herself back up and go on... This woman is you. You are strong, you have inner and outer beauty, you are amazing" (anonymous).
I lost five pounds in two weeks on the atkins diet (then I plateaued... it was sad. Well, and then I started losing again.).
Whenever people advertise a diet like, "You will lose this many pounds in a week!", it's always BS. Like, if you're really overweight then it's POSSIBLE to lose that much, but everyone's bodies are different and everyone is at a different weight when they start the diet. So really, YOU might lose two pounds on that diet.
If you think school is hard, try being stupid.
