Hey if you're not interested in helping thats fine this is jsut for anyone out there who can spare some motivation and some advice. I am starting a diet and upping my exercise I have a wieght loss goal of 40 pounds.
ANy advice for dieting and exercising??
This is what I ate today:
Breakfast:
Hot Oatmeal with 6 cut fresh strawberries 8 oz. orange juice and 10 grapes
Snack:
Fat Free Stawrberry Yogurt (Organic)
Lunch:
Small Salad w/fat free ranch dressing
Snack:
Handful of baby carrots
Dinner:
Veggie Burger w/lowfat shredded cheese (no bun)
Serving of asparagus
Snack:
Grapes
8oz apple juice
8 cups of water consumed through the day
I didn't get to exercise today but my plan is to do an ONDEMAND comcast aerboic workout on Sun., Mon., Tues., and Thursday mornings for 30 minutes, 30 minutes of pole dance practice in my home each of those days and on Monday and Wednesdays I teach pole class from 6-8pm in a dance studio. I'll also add weight training on SUnday and Tuesday. (That I need advice on)
So please give me feedback and advice if you want to, I appreciate it!!!
