Default "hahahaha, can I have change for a dollar?"

I was dancing for another customer when I overheard these motherf$ckers across the room saying to a dancer on stage "Can I have change for a dollar?" They were also making a ton of very derogatory comments, I can't remember what they were saying but they were nasty comments in graphic detail! I have to say those boys were damn lucky they weren't saying that to me because I first would've kicked them in the balls, then had them thrown out! I think that's the worst thing I've heard any customer say to another dancer!!!! That really pisses me off!!!!

Getting pissed off or showing them any sort of similiar reaction is exactly what they are seeking so I would ignore them mostly. Just realise you are the superior human being because you do not need to go around be-littling other human beings to feel validated and/or loved and/or whatever they were seeking by doing such a negative behaviour.

Damn, I would've gone straight to managment and gotten them kicked out. Some people are so rude.

You Can't let them see it makes you mad, it is what they want...They want to feel better about them selves so the use putting others down to do so..

Just haveing them taken out of the club by management is the best thing to do..
There is no better buzz then busting a nut !!!

Pretending not to speak English is the second-best thing to do IMHO.

I had that happen once ("got change for this dollar?" ). I gave the thug-wannabe duo my best wide-eyed innocent slightly-quizzical smile, shrugged, and very sweetly cursed at them in Russian.

Watching their hard-ons shrivel when everyone around them started laughing at them was priceless. Boy did they look stupid when I not only gave them NO reaction, but made it seem like i had no idea what they were saying!

Another thing that usually works like a charm is when an asshole makes a snide comment, smile and innocently but loudly say "oh, i couldn't hear you. What did you say?" They usually will just squirm and stammer and look stupid, because they don't have the balls to repeat it. But taht usually works better one-on-one, not onstage.

I would have grabbed whatever customer I was with and made a big show of tipping her. I'm sure it hurts to have people say evil things to you on stage. Fortunately I haven't had anything quite that rude.

It's really aweful, and those guys deserve to be removed from the club...but a while back I figured that I would play up my whole "Rowdy, busty blonde" routine and I usually have something wicked and snappy to say back.... Like "Change? Why, is it time for you to pay for your Rent-A-Date here?" and nod at the guys friends.

It still hurts when guys say rude things, and my gut wants to react differently...but this way at least I still feel above them, the rest of the guys usually laugh, and sometimes the insulter as well... I'll usually finish it off by saying "Too bad your mother never taught you manners, I just looooove a man with manners! Bye!" and I leave..and never return.

I would have told them to fuck right off too. I dont know why some dancers put up with rude customers.

Me thinks you ladies really need to spend more time sharpening your "PL Claws".....a good response to this would have been......."It'll take more than a dollar to change you into a man!!" or somethin' similar. Not cracking or raggin on ya...maybe watching a Mae West film or two to get a better idea how to turn their insults into a joke on them which in turn usually leads to money for you. I couldn't stand watchin' newbs on my shifts burstin into tears over comments from the ass-hat sideways crowd and have "verbally eviscerated" a punk or two in my day....maybe we need to start a "verbal sparring dojo" here so ya'll can practice!!

When guys say something smart ass to me, 99% of the time I make a smart ass comment back. It takes a lot to get me to totally unload on a guy, and when it happens it's not pretty. I don't do it often though, because being a smart ass is much more fun.

"Can I have change for a dollar?"
I would have pouted with exaggeration and said, "Awwww do you need to use the payphone?"
