I think a full C or a small D. Yay for boobies!
I believe you Dottie and you have my support
I can't wait to see your results...my boobs are the same as yours, sort of east-west (and very cute!). I like your nipples better though, they're cute and puffy! Are you getting crease incision?
No suggestion as I have no idea...

Is it absolutely necessary to get them done? They look perfect just the way they are. Why fuck with a good thing, that would be my suggestion.
If you have to do it, try not to ruin the shape of the nipples with really big implants, the smaller the better, I would think.

I know I've already posted in this thread, but I have to second this, too. You look wonderful now.
Notice what most of the guys are saying in this thread. We like boobs that look GOOD and proportionate to the body -- whether that's A, B, C, or D. Bigger is not better if you have a thin build.
when i had my boobs done i was an inch shorter then you are, but same frame, same pre boob size- i went 450cc- which made me a DD, and other then the scarring i have they look reasonably natural on me- being this tall means you can afford to go rather large and it still looks normal.
of couse, see with your PS tho

^ Before I got my BA, a lot of people told me that a big size wouldn't look right and that my "skin was too tight," etc etc. They didn't just tell me I was going too big, nah they told me that any implant at all(even a tiny-sized one) would look too "fake" on me. I'm tall and thin too, although not as tall and thin(I'm 5'7", 120-125lbs). I went from a 34A to a 34 full C/32 small D. Sometimes when I gain a little weight, I teeter up to a small 34D(before my surgery, my boobs didn't do shit when I gained weight, they only got smaller when I lost weight! thankfully my boobs act NORMAL now). People didn't think that I shoulda gone up as big as I did(and it's not even that big), but my boobs look fairly natural and people often tell me that they are VERY proportionate to my figure.
So my suggestion is, go for a small D. A "D" is still bigger than most boobs. You're tall and have a curvy butt, so your figure could pull off a large size. But beacuse you are thin, even a C-cup would make you look busty. Plus, a small D isn't as big as a DD, so there won't be as much worry about stretching your skin. Because you are so thin, you would probably fit into a 32D, which is a decent bit smaller than a 36D or 38D(the bigger the number, the bigger the circumference of the chest measurement, therefore the cup would be slightly bigger).
Oh boy pre-BA, I sure could relate to that!!Originally Posted by sc0101

you made me look at my before pics. Ugh! How did I live like that? so tiny I was.![]()

Ok so I tried the bra idea. C was average, D was average, and I could actually carry off a DD, loved how curvy it made me look, but how the implants look will be another story. So I'm probably going with a full D as I doubt my skin could stretch enough for a DD and still look decent.
Emily, that is just ridiculous!you made me look at my before pics. Ugh! How did I live like that? so tiny I was.![]()

People's idea of cups sizes really vary wildly so you may want to think in cc's.
When I had my BA my doc had me try on different sizes at home with the "rice test" as a guide. Buy some full coverage cuped bras in the sizes you are considering. Take some panty hose fill the feet with rice and cutt off the rest and tie them off. You can place these in your bra and try them on. This at least gives you an idea of what your confortable with and you can use it help communicate to you PS what you have in mind. I tried this and it really helped me alot. I was able to get exactly what I had in mind. 640 ccs for me was great.
This is just a guide. But it really helped me alot.
1 milliliter (ml) = 1 cubic centimeter (1 cc)
1 Teaspoon [US] = 4.9289216 cubic centimeters (4.9 cc)
1 Tablespoon [US] = 14.7867648 cubic centimeters (14.7 cc)
1 ounce [US, liquid] = 29.5735297 cubic centimeters (29.5 cc)
1 cup [US, liquid] = 236.5882375 cubic centimeters (236.58 cc)

Because your boobs are small now, ANY boob job on you is going to look fake - unless you get like a small B, but what's the point of that?
So forget about looking natural and just go for the gusto! Get 'em big![]()
At least a D but I'd go for DD with your height. You might be surprised how much the skin will stretch - the appearance improves alot over a few months too
If you like the look of the DDs and you settle for D now, believe me you will just wish you'd gone for the DD to start with. Some docs will tell you to go smaller because they want you to come back later for an upgrade - more $$. Consult with several docs and find one that will give you what you want!
DD. Maybe E.
Flame on, small breast lovers. I like em big, sorry.
I wouldn`t change those for anything.

I don't know- I've got natural 34Ds, and they don't seem to big to me. Not bothersomely big by any means. I think you get used to it?
Just wondering- does anyone know if real boobs that are say, a D cup, look the same size as implants that are a D? Mine just don't seem so big as the implant version that supposedly fits into the same bra size. I've always wondered that. Is it because implants sit higher or something?

I've heard that and I considered going to DD for that reason....but I got the D and I'm truly happy with it. Liking the look and having to live with it are two different things. Plus many docs are not at a shortage for business and don't resort to such tricks to recruit more. They'd rather have happy patients refer more.

I say at least a full D. I'd go for the DD.
Cs are a lot smaller than you think!
