So, I posted last week about cutting soda out from my diet entirely to help my weight loss efforts...and though I crave it like crazy, I haven't had a sip in 1 week, 1 day.
Initially, I lost 4 lbs in 2 days, with no changes of diet/exercise. Which was a terrific motivator.
But, after a few days, I put it right back on, and I'm where I started again.
It's so FRUSTRATING! Everyone told me I'd lose weight by getting rid of soda...and it makes sense...150 a can, 6-10 a day...that's a huge hunk of calories to get rid of.
I just don't understand how I put it all back on. Valentines Day I did a sugar binge, sure, but still!
I just feel kind of...hopeless. Like, I got rid of the soda, it made no difference,s o I might as well go back to drinking it. And I know that would be bad, but the thought is in my head since apparantly it didn't change anything.
Thoughts? Advice? Encouragement?

I think cutting soda is awsome I am trying so hard to that I don't get any cals. from my soda i think diet caffine free but i would love to get rid of it but its sooooooo hard i am addicted to caroanation i belive. But i digress I think scince you were so succesful at cutting out soda you can be very succesful at makeing other healthy choices. I recommend the "best life diet" book Its realy good I have a copy I think it will help you to see what other healthful changes you can make. Also check out some of my posts in the what did you eat today thread. My cals. are to low please don't do my exact diet I am working on that issue with myself but my diet is realy healthy and you could add to it where you want.
