Default Self breast exam after weight loss

I'm hoping that someone here can reassure me. I have been working hard to lose my baby weight, and have lost about 10-12 pounds. Of course, that seemed to be mostly boob! They're way tinier than they have ever been. Last night I did a self exam, and felt *things* I've never felt before. I had a doctor do an exam about 3 months ago, and she felt nothing, but that was before I lost any weight. It feels like little balls or nodules or whatever, but there are tons of them. I don't imagine I've got that much cancer spread throughout in 3 months. My guess is that I've just lost most of the fatty part of my boob, and now I can feel the "innards". So my question is...anyone else lose weight and start noticing something similar?

I know the thinner I am the more glands and stuff will feel apparent in my boob... and I know mine were healthy last visit.

Thanks for the reassurance. I knew that's probably what it was, but it's kinda scary to suddenly feel something different when you're doing an exam specifically to check for something different.
