just thought i'd share my secrets becasue this really worked for me
- take two apple cider vinegar pills with every meal, helps burn tummy fat, aid digestion and also good for immune system
- a great snack if you are hungry and dont want to be (LOL) celery and low fat cheese. they taste great together, you get savory and crunchy taste and since its fibre and protein, your hunger pangs are gone
-egg whites! you can buy them pasteurized and in little cartons. i have adapted to chugging them and chasing with a swig of diet coke or green tea (because yeah they taste kind of nasty but they are not unbearable)
they are pure protein with VERY LITTLE calories so they help you if you are trying to tone up. they also work wonders for your hair and nails.
-green tea. drinks tons of it all day, just black obviously, no sugar. it has caffeine for energy, tonsn of antioxidants for your skin and immune system and has been proven time and time again to aid in wieght loss. you will feel less hungry
