Has anyone else had trouble with them?? I ordered a bottle (ONE) of Tonalin from them...they sent a second bottle about a week after the first came and charged me for it. I emailed them telling them that I did not order a second bottle and to please credit my account.
They sent me a label to send the bottle back. I said I would be happy to as soon as my account was credited. i just checked my account and they are charging me a THIRD time!!!!!
Now I'm getting pissed. I emailed them again and will attempt to call tomorrow when they open.
Has anyone dealt withthem before? How is their cust. service dept? I am never going to order from them again if they operate like this....
