Last week the owner told me to tone up...
So what did I do? Said goodbye to the DT at mcdonalds and have litterly been eating raw produce and protiens ever since.
I cut out all bad carbs but put in whole grain.
I've been also doing crunches and exsersizes.
Well its been 1 week and I've lost 5 lbs! Yay!
But I look shitty. My stomach now looks flabby.... like stretched out skin. I knew this would happen. My son was so big (9 lbs) i knew if I lost the whole belly I'd have a sack of skin....... I'm starting to think I looked better with the chub.
