    Default I'm loosing weight... BUT...

    Last week the owner told me to tone up...

    So what did I do? Said goodbye to the DT at mcdonalds and have litterly been eating raw produce and protiens ever since.

    I cut out all bad carbs but put in whole grain.

    I've been also doing crunches and exsersizes.

    Well its been 1 week and I've lost 5 lbs! Yay!

    But I look shitty. My stomach now looks flabby.... like stretched out skin. I knew this would happen. My son was so big (9 lbs) i knew if I lost the whole belly I'd have a sack of skin....... I'm starting to think I looked better with the chub.

    My son was 10lbs 2ounces, I feel your pain, Work on your stomach ALOT it will do the trick + cardio, also skin toner helps. Thats all it took me, if you're doing that you'll notice results in a few weeks

    Also, I'm pretty sure you don't like to tan, but tanning does make a bit of excess look a lot better.

    Sublime Slim might help. The caffeine in it tightens skin. And stay hydrated.

    You might have lost too much too quickly. The skin can't snap back so fast, so you lose elasticity that way.

    well its been 2 years and i'm still 25 lbs heavier then i was pre baby.... so it wasnt toooo quick... lol.

    rozz, tell me more about sublime slim?

    lola, i have been tanning..... totally not me but it makes me look thinner.

    I would try to do a lot of exercises that work your core. If you can build a little muscle or tone up your tummy area, it'll help with the appearance of loose skin. Of course, drinking water and staying moisturized helps a bit too.

    I ask alot of people on here this question: do you weight train along with your exercise and eating routine? If not it helps tighten things up. My ass has lifted so much since I started.

    I'm a mom as well...with a 2 year old and have the same saggy baggie just at the navel and below to the kitty...it looks bloody aweful and has more strechmarks than I am comfortable with...and I am not even going to talk about my ass!!!

    I highly suggest weight training to help minimize the saggies. My tummy has been nicknamed the JIGGLY WIGGLIES. Yet I rollercoaster my calories, have a cheat day where if I want a damned piece of cheesecake I'll have just one, and drink 2 Litres (approx 1 gallon) of water a day.

    Tonalin CLA, ALA, L-Glutamine, Whey, and antioxidents are my only suppliments outside of a multivitamin.

    My weight routine is approx. 45 min of weight training followed by 30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). The HIIT on cardio takes you above the fat burning but increases cardiovascular health and tells your body to burn fat for at least 1 hour post workout.

    I do excercises like The Plank and AB Vaccumes to tone my abs and also work the lower back at the same time...(I have trouble with crunches thanks to a car accident and my old grunt job doing a number on my neck.)

    All this said ....

    My jiggly wigglies are not jiggling as much and even though they still do not look as I want I know I am gaining improvement...even if patience is not my thing right now.

    You may want to look into a suppliment called EVERSLIM. I've seen it in the fitness mags like Muscle and Fitness Hers and Oxygen. It is promoted as "weight loss for moms who want their bodies back"
