I have been tracking my trips to yoga and the gym on my Google calendar.

Here's my idea: Grant access to others who do the same. The notion is that this shared calendar would be motivating. One hopes everyone will be honest about when they worked out, what they did.

A logical addition would be a daily food log. Again, knowing that your habits are being monitored might be very motivating and keep the shared calendar participants on track.
