I'm getting back on diet pills for about a month. Not the week drugstore type stuff but ephedra instead. Except the kind I'm getting only has 12mg of it in each pill. The old kind from years back had like 25mg. I got just a few from a co-worker and been working out the past few days doing cardio and wow man wow I love this stuff. I don't feel jiggerty or tweaky like other pills made me feel. I only take 1 or 2 day at most. At least one though. Only drawback is that I'm super thirsty and they shouldn't be taken within 6 hours of sleep...which is why I'm awake right now.
Anyways, I'm in this 'fuck it' mode and don't think I can stop until I get down to 130.

But, I understand the feeling of wanting to drop a couple of pounds... how much are you looking to lose? Are you telling your trainer?
