So anyone watch MTV's MADE?
The program where kids get a coach who makes them into something quite opposite to what they are. Like the geeky nobody kids who wanna be prom king/queen or something like that.
anyway,
I currently weigh 140 pounds and im only 5'6. Im within my BMI but really, Id rather be lean, strong and toned than what I am now which makes me feel tubby.
I eat a healthy diet, but do have a sweet tooth and find it hard to say no wen temptation is around. I dont do anything with my days apart from sleep and sit on the net for about 5hrs a day.
I cant afford a personal trainer right now and feel that would be my best option since I have no self discipline, but, I want to do this.
So,
Im thinking I am going to give myself 2-3 months to tone up and lose 20 pounds and Im going to start by posting my before pictures tomorrow. I shall be wearing a bikini and ya'll can see what I look like. Then each month, or couple weeks, Ill post progress pics. I think this will help me cos not only am I making it public so I cant let ya'll down, but it will be great to get the support along the way which I need
Whaddya think?
I should probably keep a food and exercise diary also tp chart my progress.

Bust: 36 inches
Waist: 29 inches
Hips: 35 inches
Ass: 40 inches
Thigh: 23 inches
Upper Arm: 11 inches (with elbow bent but not flexing of the muscles)
